GameStop Media Campaign – Rebranding Concept
Type: Media Design / Advertising Campaign Tools: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign Note: This is a conceptual student project created for educational purposes only. GameStop trademarks are used for demonstration and non-commercial intent. Objective: This campaign was developed as a strategic media design project focused on revitalizing a brand facing market challenges. GameStop was selected as the subject due to its declining retail presence and shifting consumer perception. The goal was to reimagine GameStop’s branding and advertising to create renewed interest, engagement, and brand loyalty. My Role: I created a multi-platform advertising campaign that included print and digital media concepts. Using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, I developed ad mockups, branding assets, and promotional visuals to position GameStop as a forward-thinking, community-driven gaming destination. Design Approach: The campaign focuses on bold typography, sleek visuals, and messaging that celebrates both retro gaming culture and modern innovation. Visuals highlight inclusivity, digital trends, and a refreshed identity that appeals to a new generation of gamers while honoring GameStop’s legacy. Result: This project demonstrates my ability to approach branding and media design with a strategic mindset. It showcases skills in visual storytelling, campaign development, and cross-platform design execution — all essential for client-focused promotional work.
