Real Estate Photography – York, SC
Type: Residential Real Estate Photography Tools: DSLR Camera, Lightroom, Photoshop Objective: This project involved photographing a residential property in York, South Carolina, to create a set of high-quality images for use in real estate listings and marketing materials. The goal was to highlight the home’s most appealing features and provide a clean, professional visual presentation for potential buyers. My Role: I conducted the full photography session, capturing both interior and exterior shots. Careful attention was given to lighting, perspective, and staging to ensure each space was presented at its best. Post-processing was done in Lightroom and Photoshop for enhanced clarity and consistency. Approach: Natural lighting was prioritized throughout the home to bring warmth and authenticity to the images. Wide-angle compositions and thoughtful framing were used to showcase the size and layout of each room, as well as the home’s curb appeal and surroundings. Result: The final photo set delivered a polished and inviting view of the property, helping it stand out in online listings and printed marketing. This project demonstrates my ability to provide reliable, professional-grade real estate photography tailored to the needs of agents and sellers.
