Real Estate Photography: Charlotte, NC
Type: Residential Real Estate Photography Tools: DSLR Camera, Lightroom, Photoshop Objective: This project focused on photographing a residential listing in Charlotte, North Carolina, for use in online MLS platforms and real estate marketing materials. The goal was to produce high-quality visuals that showcase the home’s layout, character, and key selling points in a competitive urban market. My Role: I managed the entire shoot, capturing detailed interior and exterior shots that highlight both functionality and design appeal. Post-editing was handled in Lightroom and Photoshop to ensure accurate color balance, lighting correction, and consistency across the photo set. Approach: To reflect the clean and modern feel of the property, I used natural daylight, strategic framing, and wide-angle lenses to enhance space and depth. Exterior shots were timed to take advantage of optimal lighting conditions, ensuring the home’s curb appeal was captured effectively. Result: The finished photo set delivered strong visual impact and was ready for immediate use in real estate listings, brochures, and social media promotions. This project reflects my ability to adapt to diverse spaces and deliver polished, marketing-ready visuals for real estate professionals.
