Type: Residential Real Estate Photography Tools: DSLR Camera, Lightroom, Photoshop Objective: This real estate photography project focused on capturing a residential property in Mooresville, North Carolina, with the goal of showcasing its features for online listings and marketing materials. The emphasis was on natural lighting, clean angles, and visual storytelling to help prospective buyers connect with the space. My Role: I handled the full shoot, including interior and exterior photography, lighting adjustments, and post-editing. Each shot was composed to highlight the home’s layout, architectural details, and natural flow from room to room. Approach: Wide-angle shots were used to enhance spatial perception, while window lighting and subtle editing techniques preserved the authentic feel of the space. The goal was to create high-quality, inviting images that draw attention in competitive real estate listings. Result: The final photos helped the property stand out in online platforms, real estate brochures, and MLS listings. This project showcases my ability to deliver polished, market-ready images that support sales and client goals.
